Eupraxic

Forward deployed AI engineering for founder-led B2B SaaS

The practice of shipping.

An independent forward deployed AI engineer works inside your codebase and ships one narrow AI workflow into your product in ten business days. Fixed scope, fixed price, full refund if it doesn't run.

Run by the author of Forward Deployed AI Engineering. Ex-CEO/CPO of Nivo (acquired, 200K+ users). Building Vectig in public.

01 · What is Eupraxic?

What is Eupraxic?

Eupraxic is a forward deployed AI engineering firm for founder-led B2B SaaS companies with 5 to 50 people. An engineer works inside your codebase, not beside it, and ships one narrow AI workflow into your product in ten business days at a fixed price, with a full refund if it does not run. The name comes from eupraxia, the Greek word for good practice. The method comes from the book Forward Deployed AI Engineering, written by the firm's founder, and the first thing we built with it was our own product, Vectig.

02 · The calls we get

Four situations founders bring us. Each starts with a workflow your team already knows.

  • "Our AI prototype worked on five examples and then stalled."

We take the demo, write the output rubric it never had, and ship the first slice into your repo with the edge cases handled. Most stalled prototypes are missing a definition of good, not a better model.

  • "We know which workflow. We can't spare two engineers for six weeks."

One engineer, ten business days, no roadmap displacement. Your team reviews the pull request and owns the workflow after Day 10.

  • "A vendor's deployment team quoted us an enterprise minimum."

The same forward deployed playbook, sized for a company of 5 to 50 people. We pick the model per workflow and keep the prompts and settings in a config file your team controls, so you can switch models later.

  • "Investors keep asking what our AI story is."

A shipped workflow with a before-and-after number is the answer. Day 1 writes the value line; Day 10 hands over the measurement.

03 · How an engagement runs

Scope, validate, deliver. The three phases from the book, compressed into ten days.

  1. Day 1

    Scope

One signed sentence: for whom, on what trigger, producing what output, worth what. If the five brackets won't fill on Day 1, the Sprint isn't ready, and we say so.

  2. Days 2 to 5

    Validate

The output rubric is written before the code. A working prototype runs on your real data by Day 5, or you stop and get your money back.

  3. Days 6 to 10

    Deliver

Edge cases, error states, prompt tuning against the rubric. Day 10 is a staging deploy or a production-ready pull request, plus the playbook your team runs without us.

04 · What we can show you today

What we can show you today

No Sprint has closed yet. The workflow below runs inside Vectig, the investor-update product our founder builds in public, and the numbers come from his own test runs during development, not from a customer. That is why the price is $5,000 through the November 17 kickoff and why the guarantee is a full refund.

As Sprints complete, their numbers replace these.

05 · The book

The method is published.

Forward Deployed AI Engineering is the working guide to the role OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS and Microsoft built deployment companies around in 2026. Part III is the Sprint's method in long form: discovery, evals as specification, shipping the first slice, integrating with the stack, closing the loop. Clients read it to pre-qualify themselves. New engineers will be onboarded with it.

06 · Who runs it

Nasser Ghanemzadeh

I'm a former CEO and CPO with 17 years of product leadership. I exited Nivo, a B2B fintech with 200K+ users, after growing revenue 450%. I was founding head of product at Pangouan and co-founded the Iran Startups community and the Finnova accelerator. Today I build Vectig with Claude Code and MCP every day, and I run Eupraxic's Sprints myself. Eupraxic is one engineer for now; the method is written down so it will not stay that way.

07 · Questions founders ask

Questions founders ask

Is Eupraxic the same as the FDE Sprint?

No. Eupraxic is the firm; the FDE Sprint is its flagship engagement. An advisory retainer and a fractional AI lead come after a first Sprint, when there is a shipped workflow to build on.

Who is the Sprint for?

Founder-led B2B SaaS companies with 5 to 50 people, paying customers, real data inside the product, and one decision-maker who can answer within a business day. Not indie hackers, not enterprises with formal procurement.

What does it cost?

$5,000 for Sprints kicking off through Tuesday November 17, 2026, and $7,500 from the Tuesday December 1 kickoff. Half on signing, half on Day 10. A two-hour Discovery Day is available for $500, credited to the Sprint.

What happens if it doesn't ship?

A full refund at either of two checkpoints: no working prototype on your data by Day 5, or the workflow in the signed Brief not running to its acceptance criteria by Day 10.

Why hire Eupraxic instead of using our own engineers?

Ten business days instead of six weeks of roadmap displacement, and a fixed price on a fixed scope. Your engineers review the pull request and own it; they do not stop shipping their roadmap to build it.

What stack do you work in?

Yours. The Sprint integrates with your product, your data sources and your AI provider, whether that is Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock or Vertex. Ten days is too short to introduce new infrastructure, so we don't.
